The Poos Taekwondo Fitness & Sport school uses professionally trained instructors for all of our classes, several of whom are former U.S. National medalists. Our instructors are trained exclusively in our system and have an average of ten years experience in martial arts. Come learn Olympic style sport taekwondo from Jason Poos, a U.S. National Team Coach since 2000 and former and current Coach of the Year for the U.S. Olympic Developmental program, Olympic Organization USA Taekwondo, National Collegiate Taekwondo Association and Amateur Athletic Union.
